Laundrew is the CEO and Founder of Glebewood Consulting, which is a Boutique Training, Coaching, and Consulting Firm located in the Washington, D.C. area. Glebewood Consulting provides its services to both Public and Private Clients with a special focus on Product Management, Human-Centered Design, DevOps, Organizational Design Culture, and Leadership. His focus is to help organizations build better products while designing organizations that can support them.

Laundrew has 15+ years of multi-disciplined industry experience providing program management, operational transformation, and organizational change management to commercial and federal organizations. He is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5), Program Management Professional (PMP), and an ICAgile Coach and Facilitator. Laundrew has led program teams through Agile transformations at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Laundrew has trained over 1000 students in Lean+Agile Methodologies, 300 of them in The Scaled Agile Framework. He enjoys teaching, specifically Agile Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, Leading SAFe, and Kanban Fundamentals courses.
